General Manager of US, Cloud & Enterprise Business
Lindsay is responsible for the US business, marketing and operations across the cloud and infrastructure portfolio of products including Windows Server, Azure, System Center, SQL, and Artificial Intelligence. She is also responsible for the Developer Experiences in the US. The charter of the organization incudes revenue and scorecard targets, integrated marketing planning, key sales plays and programs, digital campaigns, customer offers, sales readiness, customer evidence, market planning and competitive insights to deliver on 9B business for the US Market.
Prior to the role, Lindsay led the US National Sales Organization (NSO), managing Licensing, Software Asset Management, Sales Excellence and Strategy for SMS&P and led the US Dynamics Partner, Industry and SMB Sales organization.
Before moving to the US Lindsay was the Dynamics Country Lead for New Zealand, and led the consulting team within the Microsoft Services organization.
Prior to Microsoft, Lindsay managed a large business unit at IBM in which she was accountable for the staff, marketing, sales results and overall profitability of the business unit. Pre-IBM Lindsay has a mix of technical, business sales, marketing and management experience across a variety of companies from start-ups to more mature businesses in the UK, New Zealand and South Africa.
Lindsay enjoys working in a vibrant, collaborative environment, and is an advocate for supporting women in leadership roles and empowering people through trust and accountability.
When not working, Lindsay enjoys spending time with her husband, Ichsan and her two girls, Mikayla (12) and Hannah (10), discovering new parts of the US and engaging in a variety of sports including running, cross fit, yoga and hiking. She is also actively involved in many leadership groups, including Women in Wireless, the KPMG Leadership Forum and the Microsoft & Women in Partner Forum.
