Vice President of Marketing

Marc Naddell is the Vice President of Marketing for GTI (Gyrfalcon Technology, Inc.), a Silicon Valley AI chipset company with disruptive technology enabling Edge AI deployment with high performance, low power usage in small, cost effective packaging. As the lead marketer in the company, Marc has set the strategy for new product development, marketing strategy, partnerships and developer engagement.

Prior for GTI, Marc was Vice President of Ecosystems for MediaTek, a leading chipset company headquartered in Taiwan. With MediaTek, Marc had created the MediaTek Labs organization, which launched, promoted and supported a new portfolio of IoT hardware kits which developed the next generation of customers creating new categories of connected products.

Marc had also been based in Chicago, where he launched the NAVTEQ Network for Developers for NAVTEQ (now rebranded as HERE), which introduced location, context aware and advertising based app technologies to innovators creating solutions for smartphones, automobiles, websites and specialized equipment for consumer, enterprise, industrial and government vertical markets.

Earlier, Marc had been based in Helsinki, Finland, where he created ground breaking new developer programs that attracted over 4m web and mobile developers for Nokia, serving gaming, enterprise, network and smartphone solution innovators.

Earlier in his career, Marc was a wireless inventor, with over 20 patent awards and from innovations related to mobile device user interfaces, software features, network improvements, context aware services and artificial intelligence. He held key leadership positions in product management for two-way radios & infrastructure, cellular phones & networks, location based technologies and platforms, and semiconductor chipsets.

Marc lives in the San Francisco Bay area and has his Masters in Management from the University of Chicago’s Booth School of Business, and two BAs from Florida Atlantic University: Marketing Management and International Business.
